EDUCATE AND ELEVATE AT NAWIC
Thank you NAWIC NSW for inviting Davenport Campbell to the Sundown Social Back To Work event. It was wonderful to connect with industry professionals and have the opportunity to introduce our 2023 Educate and Elevate program, which is part of our ongoing commitment to support Nepal's remote communities.
In partnership with the Australian Himalayan Foundation, the program aims to improve living standards in the Khaptad Channa Rural Municipality of Bahjang District by addressing major gaps in education and health services, with a particular focus on women and girls. As a representative of Investa, Nellie O'Keefe emphasised the urgent need to address the gender imbalance by supporting more young women in pursuing their education.
